In the very unlikely event of a fault being present, please contact us within 2 working days and we will arrange for you to return the item for either replacement or a full refund. However you also have a right to cancel the agreement at any time before the expiry of a period of 7 days after the day on which you receive the goods. Please note that in this case, we will not accept returns of goods worn, used, damaged or marked in any way and with any tags removed, or goods not in a saleable condition. We cannot accept liability for goods which are lost or damaged subsequent to delivery. We are unable to accept returns of bespoke / custom-made items unless faulty.
